"I’ve been in the pet grooming industry since 1999 and was lucky enough to learn the “old school” method of grooming through a mentor who had owned and operated six successful grooming shops since the 1960s.

By old school, I am referring to the dying art of proper scissor work, which is a rarity these days. I opened Julie’s Groom Room to have my own piece of the grooming industry that I can be proud of. Throughout the past two decades I have learned patience, precision and a true love for the animals I work with.
